Every summer my parents, my four sisters and I would pack up our camping equipment and set out for a three-week camping vacation. Our first stop would always be Fundy National Park. We loved to camp among its’ beautiful lush green forests and enjoy all of its natural charms. Many a time we would encounter deer, raccoon’s foxes and even beavers.My story “A TALE THAT LOST ITS SMACK” is a fictional account of a chance encounter that I had while playing down by the river that ran through our campsite. On my way down to the river I was almost knocked down by two people screaming “monsters, monsters.” Upon reaching the river I saw two beavers swimming down stream. I came to the conclusion that these beavers had scared the heck out of those two screaming people.”
