I never actually believed I’d be my own boss.Sure, I’d vaguely thought about it from time to time. Like everybody else, I’m sure I’ve gotten swept up in some dully romantic daydream about one day calling the shots, perhaps wearing the cliché hard hat in some factory directing imaginary labor forces with my free hand, a coffee in my other while looking over blueprints.
