The biggest 'Dump' I ever took is the best way to describe my book.
After years of suffering with guilt, anxiety and stress, I was advised to write my feelings down everyday, or whenever I felt that things were getting on top of me. The person who advised me referred to the process as a 'Brain Dump', so what started out as a basic idea to try and find some peace of mind, became a journey into my past which would hopefully find the answers to the why's and where's I felt I was going wrong in life. As lines turned into pages, and pages formed chapters, a book of my life was born.
