Do you like Asparagus? I don't. I will generally not order it at restaurants or purchase it at the supermarket. When I am cast into a situation where I am dining at the home of friends I will take a little and move it around on my plate. Eat? Very little, if at all.However, this Broiled Asparagus dish put us on the road to being Asparagus lovers. Try these recipes and see what you think.There's a bonus recipe after the two. I'm going demos. I'm going to try that next. It may be better than the two demos. It's called, "Asparagus with Zesty Citrus Dressing." Sounds Yummy!
