I’ve written six books on turkey hunting and hundreds of magazine articles and taken more than my fair share of turkeys. I enjoy the sport, and I really enjoy the food that comes from the gobblers I harvest. The meat from the wild turkey is hormone-free, low in cholesterol and free from preservatives.
