This book has magic. Which is to say, magical things happen, but is not to say that magical things will necessarily happen to you - the reader - during the course of the text. Unless you consider being entertained to be a sort of magic, which you really should, because it is more difficult than you might suppose. Certainly more difficult than producing a quarter from behind the ear of a young child.
