The imperative of our time is clear: enjoy. This is evident in advertising and in virtually any area of the consumer society in which we live. Enjoy has become synonymous with being, and if you do not enjoy, you may need to go to a psychiatrist, or at least be miserable about your own life. But what if you do not want or enjoy or have a full, quiet life, with some people's affection and security in our way of life? Psychotherapist Cloe Madanes has made an interesting exercise in reverse psychology and has been proposed to highlight some habits of highly miserable people, that is, of those who, far from enjoying life in their small and large amazement and pleasure, are dedicated to highly miserable to them and to those who have the misfortune of being around him.
