A collection of poems about the sea and other locations, including hills and gardens. There are also some about cats. Most of the ideas come from the writer's impressions of the coastal area of the south of England where she lives but there are a few written on her visits to Australia, mainly focusing on the natural world. The range of different subjects and locations make the collection interesting to read. Included are poems that have been published individually in magazines and also succeeded in competitions. This is Mary Charman-Smith's first collection of poetry, first published 2008.
