EXECUTIVE SUMMARYBackgroundSure Start Charlton is one of six sure start local programmes based in London Borough of Greenwich and currently serves approximately 800 children and their parents. In line with achieving its aim, the programme has funded three key projects (The Parents Forum, Care Partnership and the Primary Care Trust) to assist in promoting healthy lifestyles among parents and families as a whole.
