The Dark Side of Leadership is a great book if you want to learn what not to do and how not to act in a leadership role. It highlights the behaviors and mentalities that encourage bad leadership while explaining how they are not only damaging to free market organizations, but also to society in general. Each chapter is broken down into three parts that give a definition, short story, and way to overcome the negative practice. It is a very easy read that is short, but very informative. This book is highly recommend to anyone who is in or is going in to a leadership position and wants to hone their people skills.
