Networks have both a visibility and invisibility aspect. In the sense of visibility, networks can respond to a visible event, while invisible structures cannot be localized in one place, they have the characteristic of a no-place yet an organization that acts as a structural unit. The terrorist in a relationship with other terrorist and because their plans are to subvert order they form an order to disorder which cannot be easily called terrorist principles of action. Networks can be destructive forces hidden in society.
