Reviews of “Quick Looks” were bad initially and this disheartened me quite a bit for a while. I was newer to writing and the commentary provided by some negative people cut me to the quick. They thought my attempt was amateurish and heavy handed. I realized in a sense they were right. It was my first attempt at publishing fiction and my cover budget was not existent, my editorial skills were rusty and I was eager to publish. I rectified some of my short comings with “Look at the Flash”. I hoped I had provided a better product and found that the reactions where extremely more positive.
