A colour kindle book designed for those who have considered art as a hobby and may even like the idea of becoming an artist. We are all creative beings and all capable of works of art. The problems are usually a lack of confidence or a lack of time. Keeping an artist's journal allows you short bursts of time to get started. This book sets out a series of ideas on how to create artistic pages in your journal. As both a psychologist and an artist I am a bit of an odd-ball, but it does give me a chance to offer an original take on keeping an art journal.In terms of developing as an artist this book is just the beginning, yet it is the sort of jump that we all need to make if visual art is a hobby we have long dreamed of having.
