This book provides focused helpful hints for Baby Boomers who are now, or may soon become, caregivers. According to a recent survey, 3 out of every 10 people in a developed country between the ages of 45 and 64 have an elderly relative that requires some type of care. Many of these caregivers are also balancing a full-time job and raising children as well. The study concluded that there was a high rate of depression amongst the family members who were caring for their elderly relatives. The majority of the caregivers who were surveyed expressed that they could do a better job if every once in a while they received a break from their caregiving duties.
