To any inquiring mind, mainstream science has apparently lost its way:- The human genome is 98% junk, bits of information can be both on and off at the same time, evolution is the result of a long line of random mutants, most of the cosmos is stuffed into 7 'hidden' dimensions, nothing exists until measured (known as the measurement problem is quantum physics), parallel universes and so on...these are just some of the fantastical ideas that are blurted out all the time but they are nonsensical. The goal appears to be the more fantastical the better.
