Camping is one of our favorite pastimes, and for good reason! There aren’t too many other activities out there today that help us slow down and unplug from the busy-ness of life in the way that camping does. Time just seems to slow down and work feels farther away than ever. There is something about getting rid of the modern conveniences that allows us to relax and just enjoy being alive without all the email, texts, and business calls getting in the way. The only drawback to camping has always been good food. It's the unfortunate side effect of 'roughing it' that you don't have access to an oven, refrigerator, microwave, or any of the other appliance that we all rely on to get a good, wholesome, home-cooked meal.
