The girl who could tell the sad story about your life a million times without having lived it. That was Kate. She grew up in Newport with all of the works it came with, and no family problems whatsoever. She was a brunette with flawless, golden brown skin and a smile worth a thousand bucks (which is how much she probably spent on it). She had no worries yet she could tell my story so emotionally as if she indeed lived it. When she told it, you could see the vivid pain in her eyes, and the golden brown goose bumps quickly rise on her skin. I met her only about a year ago. I had only told her my story once, after a long night of laughing and secrets in her too-big-for-a-teenager bedroom, and yet she could recite it to me unforgivingly, over and over again.
