The story of the Monkey and the Magic Drum is an African fairy tale, as told to me, by my mother from cradle bed up to my primary age. Once upon a time in the land of Animals there lived a wise Tortoise, he is a scientist and a farmer who was studying about animals and their needs in the land called Plantanimals, a place where food is too important that lives.The Tortoise foresee a famine that will come upon the kingdom of Plantanimals and its Land, so as a Wiseman they call him, he adventure a way to supply so many food to all animals in the Land of Plantanimals.But the Monkey, who always like monkeying and never obey a simple instruction, did spoil every effort and plans of the Wise-man, which in return left the land in greater suffering.
