For most of my life I struggled to make exercise a part of my everyday existence. Unfortunately, all of my efforts only ever resulted in keeping me on what I unaffectionately call the "fitness merry-go-round". I would make progress, get overwhelmed, then falter. At times I managed to keep up a routine for a while, but once the results were satisfactory, my motivation would diminish. I'd become complacent and eventually end up way off track.
