The joys of being a landlord are ennumerable, especially in an area of economic downfall where property values have plummeted. No jobs, most of the community seems to be on social services and there’s me a 40’s professional who inherited a property management job from retired parents that wanted to enjoy their golden years after lifetimes of hard work.
