Under Stars is an inspirational story written by a quadriplegic who was injured in a drunk driving accident. The author, Paul Roberts, was injured at the age of 19. The story is about how Paul became paralyzed, the rehabilitation experience Paul had after his injury, and his achievements despite being paralyzed. Paul eventually earned a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah in 1996. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Health and Lifetime Activities Department at Salt Lake Community College. Paul teaches a basic nutrition course in addition to a class about the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse. He enjoys writing, exercise and fitness, public speaking, and breaking stereotypes associated with having a disability.
