Home-schooling is one of the many options for getting an education and has been getting more and more popular over the past couple of decades. There are various negative stereotypes associated with being home-schooled and this study seeks to determine whether these stereotypes are true or false on their adjustment in college. This study was done to investigate home-schooled students’ self-esteem and depression in college and was assessed by doing an online survey. Out of the 1,580 students who were invited to participate in this study, only 185 students actually participated in it and they were students from both public and private universities and colleges.
