I stepped out the front door of my home this morning, still groggy from another fitful sleep. In writing this book, I have had to re-live events in my life that many have not survived so well. I have been praised for my “amazing recall” of the stories related here, when that simply isn’t true. I have been told many times that this book should be written, and when you hear something often enough, it gains credibility.
