When the US DoD released images to the United States vs Zacariah Moussaoui trial it committed a criminal act by submitting fabricated evidence to a criminal trial. Later released also to JudicialWatch, the images have been edited to remove the vehicle that struck the Pentagon on 9/11. What appears to be the nose of an aircraft is smoke, as evidenced by comparison with other images released and submitted at the same time. There is no vehicle in the image. Smoke does not fly at 500mph or more and explode. Someone tampered with the images. That makes the release one of the few verifiable criminal acts of a US Government agency regarding 9/11.
