Detective Mike Williams is depressingly messy whereas Detective Lee Su Yuan is as neat as a pin. Together they are the “Flaw and Order” team. When Yuan calls Mike one morning, the latter is surprised. Yuan never calls him. Nevertheless, Mike drives to the crime scene. There they find the bodies of Batman & Robin (Clark Wiesel and Ed Marksman) who have apparently been killed by a blow to the head. Wiesel and Marksman were attending a comic book characters convention at a hotel across the street from where they were killed.
