There is a crisis in the United States that exploded during the summer of 2016. Levels of distrust between the Black community and Police community seemed to spiral out of control. Two separate events, one in Minnesota and one in Baton Rouge, Louisiana that resulted in the deaths of two Black men at the hands of police officers seemed to be the straw that broke the camels back.
