Terence the T-Rex: How to Deal with Bullies is a book that addresses the issue of bullying for being different. The story focuses on the main character, Terence, as he is made fun of by Buck the brontosaur because he is not able to do everything that Buck is able to do. Both kids and adults seem to be able to relate to this book and hopefully can laugh. This is not a fun loving book intended for children, but is done in a similar style and humor as other books like All of my Friends are Dead, The Stinky Cheese Man, as well as others. Children will be able to relate to the book because it was drawn like how a child would draw.If you get this book for your child because they are actually dealing with bullying I would not recommend it. This book is a book that is meant to make you laugh while dealing with the real issues of bullying and how sometimes enough is enough.
