Book piracy: Using email addresses obtained from this site to send file attachments of any kind directly to a borrower violates the terms of use and can result in the suspension of your account. Borrowers' email addresses are provided to lenders for no other purpose than to facilitate an ebook loan through Amazon's Kindle book lending feature.
The Site content includes material that is the property of the webmaster or third parties and is subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of the webmaster or third parties.
Nothing in these terms gives you any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the webmaster or any other third party.
Contributions
Where you are invited to submit any contribution to the Site you agree, by submitting your contribution, to the following terms:
You grant the webmaster a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute and make available to the public.
You warrant that the contribution is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to the webmaster for all the purposes specified above, that it is not defamatory and does not infringe any law.

Members' email addresses may be used only for lending books through Amazon.com's Kindle lending feature. Any other use of a borrower's email address (e.g. personal email, invitations, commercial email, etc.) is against the terms of service and can result in the termination of your account.
You must not send offensive or inappropriate content to the Site administrator, moderators or any members.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your username.
You must not infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, privacy, personal or proprietary rights.
You accept that the views expressed in the Site are those of the contributors and are not necessarily those of the webmaster or moderators.
If you are under 18 years old, you must seek the permission of a parent or guardian before making contributions or taking part in any discussion.
Spamming is not allowed.
Try to avoid cross-posting and off-topic posting.
The webmaster reserves the right to edit or delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason. This right may also be delegated to moderators.
Private messages may be sent by one member to another through the board. In addition to the above rules, the webmaster reserves the right to monitor these messages.
